About ELT

[Photo of ELT's office]In 1981, founder Tim Wright left Xerox and started the first company in the United States to print vinyl shelf labels on a high-speed laser printer.

ELT has been innovating label production ever since. Each year, we create more than 200 million sheets of laser-fed vinyl label stock, supplying more label stock for retail and industrial uses than nearly any other company in the country.

Our variable data print engine provides labels of virtually any size, printed on virtually any substrate—all with a wealth of impressive features:

  • Up to eight-color graphics
  • Overlaminate and other finishing options
  • Cut sheets or rolls

And because we can print variable information up to 9.6 inches wide, our sizes are not limited, allowing us to print multiple labels across the web—providing much higher productivity and lower turnaround times.

Our customers can count on cost-effective solutions for creating and printing shelf labels, signage and hazardous material labels that perform day in and day out.

But we aren't satisfied to sit back and just sell product; with a history of industry innovation, we're continuously improving on ourselves.

Here are a few highlights in our history:

Some of ELT's customers include:

Office Max, Best Buy, Lowe's, Winn Dixie, Safeway, H.E.B., Conoco Phillips, ISP, and General Electric Water & Process Technologies Analytical Instruments.
